C Flood Management

C Flood Management was started by Christopher Flood in response to a
need in the Community Association Management field that is being
expressed by Board Members and Homeowners alike.  Many Homeowners
feel that their Association Manager is too busy to give them the individual
attention they need.  C Flood Management's goal is to provide the
outstanding individual service wanted by the typical homeowner.

Management companies have become too large.  Individual managers work
with 9, 10 or more full-time properties making it very difficult for the manager
to provide the individual care needed for each account, or for the individual
Homeowner.

C Flood Management is different.  Located in San Jose, individual managers
only handle 5 to 6 full-time accounts maximum.  This keeps the workload
manageable and allows us to address every Homeowner with individual
care, concern and professionalism.

As a small company, our low overhead allows us to discount our prices and
give our customers the best value for their dollar.

Chris has been working in Real Estate Management since 1996 and has the
extensive knowledge in Association Management that only comes from years
of experience.  He is currently a member of Community Associations Institute
(CAI), and is affiliated the California Association of Community Managers
(CACM) and the Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO).

Chris is currently a Certified Community Association Manager (CMCA). The
CMCA credential is the only worldwide certification program for community
association managers and demonstrates that these managers have met
requirements for managing condominium, cooperative and homeowner
associations.

About Us
"Chris Flood has
managed our
association for eight
years and has always
done an excellent job.
As a board member, I
find Mr. Flood very easy
to work with and very
good at responding to
emails and phone calls.
He is hard working and
extremely
knowledgeable about
the industry. He always
finds competent and
reliable vendors for us
to work with, gives good
advice, and is very
friendly and easy to
work with.
